The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has been the voice of the nation's radio and television hosts for nearly a century. When NAB moved their Washington, D.C. headquarters to the city’s Ballpark District, they knew there was an opportunity to connect with new audiences
This 5 screen touch wall was designed to house NAB’s recently digitized Hall of Fame, honoring distinguished members of the broadcasting community such as Betty White, Orson Welles, and Larry King.
Project type: Concept to Media Install
A Digitized Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame cycles over 100 awardees, all of which feature rich multi media content curation of archival footage and audio.
Visitors are recommended similar awardees based on categories.
A unified touch wall consisting of five screens coordinates content based on an ambient content cycle.
Different topics group awardees into categories, which rotate consistently throughout the day.
‘Story takeover’ moments enliven the space with archival footage and quotes.
Over 100 bronze plaques were carefully vectorized.
